MVNU Student Art Exhibition to Open March 21

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Mount Vernon Nazarene University will be holding its annual student art exhibit Monday, March 21, to Wednesday, March 30. The exhibit will be on display at Schnormeier Gallery, 221 S. Main St., and will be open to the public.
The exhibit will display works completed by both studio and graphic design students in the last two semesters. Each student has the opportunity to submit up to two pieces of their choosing. The pieces exhibited will come from various classes, including: drawing/printing, printmaking, graphic communications, and digital photography.
There will also be a reception for the exhibit held on Wednesday, March 30, at 6 p.m. This reception will provide students with the opportunity to discuss their pieces with peers and viewers.
